RECALLED BACK!
Haiz, i had been with Burger King Changi Airport Terminal 1 Transit (aka BK-R1) team for 1 year plus 1 month plus. I was transferred to airport in May 2007 as a floor manager. When i heard i am going to be transferred, i was like er er 24hrs store mann. But bo bian have to go as I not the boss & the decision was not made by me. Haha. A new place & a new environment and i am not sure of E-plus POS. Haha, but nvm I’m willing to learn from the BK-R1 store manager lol. Haha. Reason for being transferred to airport is cos she was told by wai leng to come & help out as her team is lag. Lol! Really YES.
Firstly when the store opened, my team is Teng, april, me & siew mei, den ryan (previously from BK-T2) joined the team. Aft that siew mei transfer out to BK-R3 then Maria came in. But aft a few months she posted out to duno where then no more manager came in liao. Somewhere this yr suresh mohan join our team. Haiz! Well, at 1st I totally duno them. Way b4 BK-R1 opens Teng had a meeting with all the crews & managers posted to BK-R1 to know each other. Haha! Well, it’s so hard to open a new store. Everything had to be prepared. Example is the crew strength that we have. Haha!
I also 1st time handling foreign currencies and i was like er er. But i ask the seniors to help me as i am very new in airport. Haha! Everyone treats me well, but i duno what happened to me during the past few months, quite a lot of unhappiness in my heart. But now i am alright le. So you all no need to worry about me ya. As wad someone said in her blog, tat woman really treats us very well. She dun anyhow scold people. She is an understanding person. If ppl never do wrong things she wont scold de.
This woman that i know, she is a happy go lucky person, but sometimes she got problem she kept to herself & doesnt wanna share with us as she dun want us to worry abt her. You just do your things right she wont scold or even nag at you. When i was having training in BK-T1 i heard people said that she is very fierce. Then i was like no mood to work liao. So far so good, she never ever nag or scold me. Though people always say she like to nag, nag & nag like a grandma but I dun think so. If she didnt nag you will nv never learn. RIGHT?
Over the past 2days, xiao juan has some xin shi. She called me to share with me. After that she ok liao. She just want someone to be her listening ear. Xiao juan also tell me tat when i havent come to BK-R1 teng & april a lot of things to talk. Haha! When i came into BK-R1, teng & me also a lot of things to talk & share. I luv to enjoy, just like my 21st birthday party @ chalet, she really very enjoying mann.
Yesterday, Xiao juan called me again when i was on my way to work. She told me that Teng has xin shi, i say really meh? I dont know oh. Then she start to share with me what she & teng chatted yesterday. Wai Leng told Teng tat someone is talking behind her which she duno wat’s happening. Well, Teng treats everyone fair in the store. I am sure when she heard this, i think her heart may feel heart broken. She really treat us very very good. But dont know why people wanna talk bad things about her, somemore is in front of WL. Haiz! WHY? Teng ah, you just do ur part. Dun care what people is saying, cos if you listen more you’ll get more stress. Right?
Yes, i agree with you guys. At work is is law by law and also follow procedure. But when outside her working hours or on her off day, she will be enjoying like mad. Haha! Teng dont scold me hor. It’s the fact lol.
Well, dont think too much le. Just do your part can liao. WE WILL SUPPORT YOU ALL THE WAY! =)
